Forbes I’m working on a cocktail roundup focused on boozy cocoa (decadently delicious). On the food front, I’m seeking apres ski-inspired dishes and fun variations on crispy rice (you know, like you may find at Nobu or Tao, but a variation on that - I know lots of spots have their fun spin!)
