Canadian Live Event Attendees - Spending On Ticketed Events

What are we spending on live entertainment these days? Hi, folks! Full disclaimer: I'm a Calgary based journalist, and I'm working on a story about how Canadians spend money on live entertainment -- concerts, sports, comedy shows, fine arts, all that stuff. I'm curious to include some personal/actual human stories about spending motivation, to go along with the big stats about trends in the last 5 years. So if you're up for it, I want to know: in the last 2 years, have you gone to a ticketed live show or event? If so, what was it, and about how much did you spend on tickets? if so, why did you go? how did you decide that it was worth the ticket price?
