Case Studies on Sudden Disability & Power of Attorney for ET Wealth

Hi, I am working on a story around disability and am looking for: 1)Someone whose parent had sudden disability (stroke, accident, sudden dementia diagnosis), had NO Power of Attorney (PoA) in place, has money/assets but familycan't touch it, needs care/medical treatment but bills can't be paid from parent's own account, family is now stuck trying to get guardianship OR dealing with banks refusing access. 2)Someone who created a PoA in advance, for a smooth transition.
