Chatbot Users for NYT AI Health Advice Feature

As a reporter covering the intersection between artificial intelligence and health care, I often write about how doctors and health systems use the technology. Now, my colleagues and I want to hear from you: How are you using chatbots to manage your personal health? Roughly one in six adults (and a quarter of adults under 30) regularly use A.I. chatbots to find health information or get advice. We want to understand what that looks like. What chatbot do you use and what are the kinds of questions you ask it? Are those different from questions you might Google? Has a chatbot provided medical advice that you found helpful or, conversely, that led you astray?
