CHROs & CMOs - AI Ownership & Digital Fluency Lessons

I am working on a piece about what CHROs can learn from CMOs in the age of AI. Is this HR's CMO moment?
The premise is that CHROs now need to rethink their AI and digital fluency, and ownership & accountability around AI tools in the same way as CMOs did with the advent of digital marketing (where they effectively became Chief Digital Officers).
This is inspired by a conversation I had recently with Workday's Daniel Pell.

I am looking for views from CMOs themselves, as well as HR practitioners, vendors, analysts, other experts on this topic. I am still working out the precise questions, so just get in touch with general interest at this stage.
