Commander Players - Underrated Commanders Outside Top 100

Compiling Underrated commanders for an article, looking for suggestions! Hey folks! This is Tim with Draftsim, I'm normally posting under a work account in this sub but I'm doing some 'research' so coming at you live. Not too long ago I was asked to compile a list of overrated and underrated commanders for different articles. I approached the overrated list by fielding suggestions from people and reading through threads on the topic, took the most commonly mentioned commanders, and evaluated whether I thought they actually were overrated. However, underrated has turned out to be a bit more difficult. It's a lot easier to find conversations about commanders people think are played too often than ones that aren't played enough. So, that leads me to my question: What are some underrated commanders you'd suggest people play more often, or at least consider. I've got a few criteria I'd use to determine whether something's truly underrated: It can't appear on EDHREC's Top 100. It is possible for a card to be that high up and still be underrated, but those are known factors for the most part, and I'd rather highlight some more niche or lesser-played legends. It might be the "second best" option for a deck. You could never call Urza, Lord High Artificer underrated, but maybe "the next best mono-blue artifact commander" should get more attention than it deserves. It supports an archetype that's easy to overlook, or that no other commander really covers. I'm thinking something like \[\[Hylda of the Icy Crown\]\] as the leader of a tap-down strategy. It's still a good card that produces decent decks. I'm not interested in gimmicks that only work in Bracket 1. Ideally, these would be commanders that you'd suggest someone make if they wanted something slightly off-meta, but still capable of winning games. \[\[Gallia of the Endless Dance\]\] comes to mind as something that doesn't fit this intent. Not really interested in consider cEDH/Bracket 5 here. Let me know if you all have any suggestions, and why you think a commander you're suggesting might be underrated.
