Corporate Procurement & Supplier Diversity - Pathways To Procurement

If you're a small business owner--or work with small businesses--you know how challenging the last few years have been. And at the same time? Money is still moving. Companies are still getting contracts. Just… less visibly. More relational. More about who knows you—and who trusts you to deliver. I’m not a gatekeeper. But I do sit in a lot of rooms, have a lot of conversations, and see patterns across how capital, contracts, and opportunity actually flow. So I’m starting a short interview series: 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Just 20-minute conversations with people across the ecosystem, talking about how access actually works from where they sit. Not theory. Not panels. Just real perspective. I’m looking to speak with folks across: • Certifying councils • Government procurement (federal, state, local) • Corporate procurement & supplier diversity • Capital providers (CDFIs, banks, etc.) • ESOs / BSOs • Economic development leaders And honestly, anyone who plays a role in how businesses access opportunity. This is the kind of stuff I think about all the time anyway…so I figured I’d start having the conversations out loud. I’m booking conversations this week. If this is your world (or adjacent to it), I’d love to connect—feel free to DM me to grab time to chat. #ToniThinks
