CRE Industry Analyst on Real Estate Deal Trends-Same Day Needed

I'm looking for informed views on the commercial real estate implications of the deal, whether what it says about the state of the industry, potential as a first step in a consolidation wave (whether there are CRE brokerages that might be an acquirer or target from what you know about them, their financials, etc.), or anything else that would be of interest to those in the CRE industry.
