Ealing Residents Given FPNs - Fly-Tipping Experiences

FPNs for fly-tipping in Ealing I'm currently writing a story on number of FPNs for fly-tipping given by Ealing (1993 in 2024-25). For context, the next highest London borough is Harrow with 1242 - also an APCOA contract .
