Employees Who Overcame Difficult Managers - Strategies & Stories

I want to hear your story and your insights. I’m a Social Researcher and Former HR Leader, writing a book about employees overcoming difficult interpersonal relationships at work, including experiences with bullying or difficult managers. I've interviewed dozens of people in the last 2 months collecting and nurturing their story and insight from: a) their personal experience, b) situations they’ve helped navigate, and/or c) strategies they’ve seen work well in those environments.
