Enterprise AI Leaders - Value Creation Ownership & Governance

Hello, world. While the AI CEOs are asking... themselves(?) to slow down AI development because the technology is legitimately dangerous and the president is telling them to go faster so that China doesn't surpass the U.S... Phew, headache. I'd like to slow down and write about how AI to get value from all this. Whether you're an AI enthusiast or a skeptic I want to talk. We get little say in whether this technology exists, so let's talk about how we become better stewards of it. I’m writing a white paper about how value is created with AI, and my hypothesis is that this ISN'T primarily a technology problem. It depends on how organizations assign ownership, make decisions, change the way work gets done, and govern who (and what) has access to sensitive data.
