European Hermès Shoppers Starting Birkin & Kelly Journey - Psychology

Journalist request Hi everyone! I’m a Swedish journalist working on a story about the journey towards being offered a Hermès quota bag. I would love to get in touch with someone who has only recently decided to pursue a Birkin or Kelly and is still at the very beginning of the process. Ideally, I would follow your journey from making your first purchases and building a relationship with your own sales associate, through the prespend, wish-list conversations, strategy, uncertainty and waiting — all the way to the moment you are hopefully offered your dream bag. I’m interested in the emotions and psychology behind the process as much as the shopping itself: how you make decisions, what advice you receive, whether the experience is exciting or frustrating, and how your feelings about Hermès develop along the way. You don’t need to be based in Sweden, although Europe would be especially convenient.
