Faroe Islands Women - Documentary Photography Project May

Looking for women in the Faroe Islands for a documentary photography project (May) Hello everyone, My name is Lilou, and I’m a photojournalism student at DMJX in Aarhus, Denmark. I’m currently working on a documentary photography project that will take place in May. This project focuses on women who choose to stay in the Faroe Islands. I’ve noticed that part of the younger generation tends to leave for bigger cities, and I’m interested in the stories of those woman who decide to remain who feel deeply connected to the islands and have built their lives and careers there. I’d love to document everyday life and personal stories, in a simple and respectful way.
