Folk Herbalists in Taipei Wanhua - Qingcao Herbs & Personal Stories

Looking to interview folk herbalists in Taipei's herb alley I've been trying to research the history and practice of Taiwanese folk "qingcao" herbalism (青草藥) in contrast to traditional Chinese medicine. Many practitioners blend some indigenous healing traditions, Chinese medicine, and western herbs. I'm planning to visit Taiwan later this fall, and would love to interview some of the vendors and practitioners at the herbal alley in Taipei's Wanhua district near Lungshan Temple for a little video. I can conduct the interview in Taiwanese Minnan (Hoklo) dialect. Ideally, I'd like them to talk about some of the herbs that they're selling and common uses, and a bit about their personal stories, as much as they're willing to share. However, I don't live in Taiwan and although there are many vendors in that neighborhood, I have no idea which ones are friendly and willing to be interviewed on camera. Does anyone here know a specific herb vendor who might be worth asking? I suppose I could just roam around and ask random people, but I don't want to go around annoying strangers. It would help if anyone can suggest a reputable herbalist who is also eager to talk about their business and experiences. If someone has contact info too, that would be a great bonus. I'd appreciate any tips you might have.
