Founders, Executives & Educators - Human Qualities to Flourish in AI Age

I’ve begun interviewing high level leaders from industry, education, technology, and faith communities around a simple question: As AI becomes increasingly capable, what qualities must human beings intentionally cultivate if they are to flourish rather than merely function? The answers so far have been fascinating. While perspectives differ, there is growing agreement that technical skills alone will not be enough for the future.
