Frederick Residents - Data Center Agreement Impact Perspectives

Journalist looking for perspectives on data center agreement Hi all! I'm a journalist with American University currently working on a story about the proposed data center agreement in Frederick. Under this agreement, the county would receive funding from developers to (among other things) renovate an elementary school, create an agricultural reserve, workforce development programs and solar projects. While these projects may provide benefits to residents, people across the country have many concerns about how data centers will impact their communities environmentally, socially and economically. I'm hoping to gather as many perspectives from Frederick residents as possible, and would love to hear anyone's thoughts on the subject.
