GenZ Employees & HR - Work Boundary Stories Needed

#PleaseShareYourStories Hola corporate humans! I am doing a story on how GenZ is redefining work boundaries. For so many years, employees quietly accepted the "corporate culture" at its face value. Whether it was being disturbed on the weekends, not getting even sick leaves, grinding 24x7 with no time left for personal life, or accepting extra work masqueraded as "exposure" without any hike in pay -- all was endured with a painful smile and "have a good day, sir". But not GenZ. The young generation is boldly questioning this toxic culture. They are not taking work calls after office, prioritising their mental health, and definitely not letting the "seniors" bully them into working. I want to hear your stories of quiet rebellion. How you did not let the system get to you. What drove you? How satisfying it felt? Or did it just feel right and natural? Don't worry seniors, I haven't forgotten about you.
