Signal Broadcast Network ( SBN ) is seeking to collaborate with active and former missing persons organizations, individuals, search-and-rescue teams, nonprofits, investigators, public safety agencies, advocacy groups, humanitarian organizations, and retired law enforcement professionals dedicated to helping bring missing people home.
Our Mission
Signal Broadcast Network is developing a global multimedia initiative to increase awareness of missing persons and provide greater public visibility for cases from around the world.

The Global Need
Millions of people are reported missing each year worldwide. Common circumstances include:
Family separation
Runaways
Human trafficking
Armed conflict and war
Natural disasters
Kidnapping
Migration
Mental health or medical conditions
Criminal activity
Current estimates indicate 5.7 million to 9.3 million missing person reports annually worldwide.
A Long-Term Commitment
With an estimated 5.7 million to 9.3 million missing person reports each year, Signal Broadcast Network also plans to develop a 24/7 Missing People broadcast service dedicated exclusively to missing person awareness.
Based on our current reporting capacity, featuring 5 million to 10 million missing person cases would take approximately 2 to 5 years of continuous programming. These figures illustrate the scale of the challenge and the sustained commitment needed to increase public awareness.
Our goal is to help support efforts to reduce crime, prevent future cases, improve public understanding of criminal justice issues, and expand awareness through responsible broadcasting and education.
