Homebuyers & Sellers Who Made House Binder - On-Record Stories

I'm looking for homebuyers who inherited a home-maintenance binder AKA "a House Bible" from their seller (or made one for a buyer) Inspired by thisrecent Reddit post, I'm working on a story for the Washington Post about the tradition of "home binders" and want your stories! Did you inherit one of these home-maintenance jackpots? Make one for a future owner? What weird and helpful and unexpected and deeply idiosyncratic things did they include? Do you have a story to share about a time it saved you time or money? I'm specifically looking for people who are willing to be interviewed on the record! Thank you!
