Any housing experts interested in providing commentary on the progress of the Trump Administration's housing affordability initiatives? Earlier this year, the president signed an executive order about affordability, and he made announcements on the purchase of mortgage-backed securities, 50-year mortgages and banning institutional buyers, among other things.
