The future of workplace well-being is being written right now—and it looks very different from where we started.
We’re seeing a shift:
From programs → systems
From participation → performance
From individual behavior → work design and leadership
As Chair of the Houston Business Coalition on Health’s Well-Being Committee, I’m helping shape an upcoming session for the HBCH Annual Forum, https://lnkd.in/gmzNnxp5, on:
“The Future of Well-Being in the Workplace”
We’re looking to feature employers in the Houston area who are doing something meaningfully different, especially those:
·Using AI or precision approaches to personalize well-being
·Linking well-being to performance outcomes (burnout, retention, productivity)
·Taking systems-level approaches (changing how work actually gets done)
·Investing in manager and leadership capability
·Leveraging well-being as part of recruitment and employer brand
·Advancing measurement beyond participation and ROI
We’re less interested in theory—and more interested in what’s actually being implemented and learned in the real world.
