HR & DEI Leaders Canada - Neurodiversity Beyond Awareness Training

If you lead HR, DEI or people strategy in Canada, I have a question for you. Since January, I've been hearing directly from leaders on their experiences with neurodiversity at work. ๐Ÿง  We've talked about what's working to support employees who identify as neurodivergent, what's not, where do things feel stuck and what's one thing that would make a real difference for moving beyond awareness. Some of what I've heard has been expected. Some has surprised me. I planned to wrap these conversations in March but they're too valuable to stop. If you're an HR, DEI or executive leader at a Canadian organization, I'd love to hear from you. We can meet over Zoom, or I can send you a link to the questions. This is an invitation to speak from your experiences, and you keep control over what you share. Everything stays anonymous and confidential. My DMs are open to you, with gratitude. --- Image description: A dark green background with words in white that read: " 'Check-box' awareness training isn't the answer." There's an orange highlight over the words "isn't the answer". At the bottom there's a photo of Jackie Connelly, her name and "Coaching That Belongs" logo.
