CALLING INDIA’S CIRCULAR ECONOMY COMMUNITY — LET’S BRING HIDDEN STORIES TO THE WORLD. Across India, extraordinary work is already happening in reuse, repair, regeneration, resource recovery and community-led circularity. But many of these stories remain invisible beyond the communities where they are happening. Through India’s Circularity, our team is now looking to collaborate with organisations that would like to commission research-led documentaries and visual stories documenting this work — and take these stories to national and international audiences. 🎥 We are particularly looking to hear from social enterprises, charities, NGOs, membership bodies, businesses, municipalities, community organisations and institutions working with: ♻️ Reuse & repair 🌱 Regeneration & circular economy 🛠️ Informal workers, artisans & local livelihoods 🏘️ Community-led models and place-based solutions 🌍 Waste, resources and environmental innovation Our first feature documentary, India’s Circularity – Not a Trend, But a Tradition from the Margins, has already demonstrated what is possible: an award-winning, research-led film bringing grassroots Indian circularity to wider audiences, with 4 international film festival awards, screenings/viewings and a growing platform for continuing these conversations. Now we want to document the next hidden stories.
