Interior Designer Source - Luxe Maximalism Trends - WSJ

Once again I’ll be writing a special design section for the Wall Street Journal. My deadlines are coming up ~qUicK~ so I’m on the hunt for high-quality, quote-worthy, mostly interior designer sources who can hop on a call or turn around emailed questions in the next week. My first story is below. Please read it very carefully, then contact me if you have a good source. A caveat: the source must have imagery that is okay to publish to accompany the piece. Loud Luxury: After decades of quiet luxury, defined by white walls and Scandi-inspired restraint, maximalism is reasserting itself in high-end interiors. Think custom, gallery-like furniture; saturated, color-drenched rooms; bold art collections; bespoke upholstery and textiles. Luxe maximalism is curated confidence, not chaotic, and an expression of taste and individuality. Got someone who has worked on a project like this? Shoot me a note ASAP: [email redacted] with the subject line “Loud Luxury Source.” Include an image or two.
