I’m writing a research report on human–AI teaming and governance in the workplace, specifically, how organizations are actually managing AI agents at scale, not the pitch-deck version. As agents enter the enterprise, human–AI teaming is becoming an operational issue, not just a technology one. I’m interested in how organizations are handling governance, oversight, ownership, and hand-offs in practice.
