Daily Texan Callout Longhorn Links Program/Upward Bound/McNair Scholars Hey y'all! I'm a News Reporter from The Daily Texan! I'm currently working on a story about reports the Department of Education froze TRIO funding until reviewed, which could impact programs here at UT like the Longhorn Links program and the McNair Scholars.
