IP Lawyers - Fair Use Doctrine & AI Training on Copyrighted Works

Looking to talk to lawyers about fair use doctrine as it pertains to AI companies' argument that it's fair use to train on copyrighted books/music/etc -- I have a general understanding of fair use, but moreso trying to understand the implications of the court rulings so far, how/if we might find a legal precedent, etc.
