I’m working on a blog post exploring the very real experience of being laid off, fired, restructured out, or unexpectedly let go from a job, and the resilience that often follows. I’m looking to hear from people who would be open to privately sharing their story: what happened, how it impacted you at the time, and where life or career eventually led you after. The messy middle matters too. This can include experiences tied to re-organizations, difficult leadership, company closures, economic shifts, or moments that felt deeply personal.
