Laval Assault Victims - Police Complaint Handling & Racial Profiling

If you have been the victim of a possible criminal act in Laval (physical assault, etc), or know someone who has, and were discouraged by Laval police from filing a report, pressured to abandon the matter, dismissed as a "liar", threatened with arrest for insisting that the matter be reported, or believe that the manner in which your complaint was handled subsequently affected the prosecutorial review or contributed to the file being closed, I would like to hear from you. I am also interested in hearing from anyone who believes that this treatment may have been related to racial profiling.
