Leaders Practicing Modern Leadership - Podcast Interviews
It's been a big week in podcast land. We finally hit 1000 downloads, had an episode listed on Listen Notes as a top podcast episode about Nancy Kline (although oddly it wasn't our episode that was literally all about Nancy Kline) and we had a fun awayday to plan our next season all about leadership.
I've loved podcasting this year - it is a great way to really pull together your thinking on a topic and to keep up to date with latest research and ideas. I've also loved meeting listeners and hearing how useful they've found it- especially when it has been people I don't know. And I've loved all of the chats and laughs with Maddie Fox as we've pulled it all together. It's a very odd thing putting content out with absolutely no idea of who is listening, so please drop Maddie or me a line if you have been enjoying it. You will make our days!
If you haven't listened along yet, our top 5 most popular episodes this season have been:
- Conflict at Work: Good Fights, Bad Fights, and the Ones You're Taking Offline
- How Culture Is Shaped: Leaders & Founders
- Belonging: Who Gets To Speak?
- The stories running your culture (and how to rewrite them)
- Trust Falls and Other Workplace Injuries (How to build, break and repair trust at work)
Next season is all about leadership. As part of it, we would love to interview leaders who really 'get' how to lead in our modern world. So if you have worked for or with someone who you think is a brilliant leader, please let us know below or via DM!
