Anatomy of a FAILED AI launch. I spent an hour and a half today talking with the leader of a legal AI product about the successes—and failures—they've experienced implementing their product with clients. Everyone likes to talk about the wins. Who doesn't? But the failures are where the real lessons live. I'm planning to dig into this much deeper.
