Technology keeps improving. Cooperation often doesn’t. In many organizations, we’ve made work more digital, more automated, more connected. And yet, cross-functional cooperation is often weaker than it used to be. Teams are busier. Specialization is deeper. The interfaces between functions are where things break. That is what Finance at the Table is really about.
