London Tech, Telecoms & Banking Veterans - Navigating Change

I've spent 20 years in tech, telecoms and banking. Long enough to see a lot of 'transformations' come and go. Here's the thing nobody really talks about: with any new technology rollout, about 70% of it comes down to lessons from the past and the experience of people on the ground. It's the other 30%, the unknown, that we're actually navigating. The systems, the strategy, the frameworks, they matter, but I've watched them work brilliantly for one team and quietly wreck another, and the difference usually isn't the technology. So back in April I started my venture called ValyoLab*, and I'm finally ready to talk about the first thing to come out of it: The Experience Room™. It's simple. I sit down with people and record real conversations about their experience, lessons at work, managing change, tech leaps, whatever's actually true for them, and then we publish it so others can hear it too. The studio is in Canary Wharf and I'm lining up the conversations with lovely people who talk about what change actually feels like from the inside.
