Interview Participants Wanted Has Illness or Injury Caused You Financial Hardship? Hello, We are a documentary production team from MBC, a major public broadcaster in South Korea. We are currently producing a documentary about the lives of middle-class Americans and are looking to speak with people who have experienced financial hardship due to rising living costs, housing expenses, medical bills, or other economic pressures. We would especially like to hear from people who: Are struggling to pay rent, a mortgage, or other essential expenses following an illness or injury and are currently living in an RV, trailer, vehicle, container home, or other form of temporary housing Previously having a stable job or income, but now struggling to afford basic living expenses because of job loss, illness, injury, or another major life event Through this documentary, we hope to explore how people who worked hard and once lived financially stable, ordinary lives can quickly fall into financial crisis because of broader social and structural factors. You do not need to commit to being filmed or having your identity made public at this stage. We would first have a private conversation to explain the purpose of the documentary, discuss how the interview and filming process would work, and answer any questions you may have.
