New Immigrants in Atlantic Canada - Employer-Level Hiring Barriers

SOURCE REQUEST: I'm working on a magazine feature about what prevents new immigrants to Atlantic Canada from reaching their full economic potential in the labour market. I'm particularly interested in sources who can talk about the barriers that individual hiring managers and companies can tackle by shifting their perspectives. (As opposed to the larger structural issues faced with regulated professions which can't be tackled with the same immediacy.)
