Nikhil Maharaj Students - Diksha, Sadhana & Shibir Experiences

Know Your Online Guru – Part 2 : Yogiraj tantra Thank you so much for your support and wishes for this series. I really appreciate everyone who showed interest in Part 1. Context I’m starting a small series here called “Know Your Online Guru”, where I’ll share information about online Tantra gurus that I come across. The purpose is neither to promote nor attack anyone. I’ll share what I have learned about a particular guru, their teachings and claims, and my own observations. People who have personally interacted with them can then share their experiences and opinions. Hopefully, this can help people who are searching for an online Tantra guru make a more informed decision and possibly avoid fake or questionable gurus. Part 2 – Nikhil Maharaj I have been watching his content for some time. He has appeared on several podcasts and teaches Tantra. He is from Chhattisgarh and says that he has been practising Tantra since he was 16 years old. According to him, he had a strong interest in Atma, Shakti, occult practices, etc., and he ran away to Maa Kamakhya when he was around 15. He says that at his Kendra, they teach various Sadhanas such as Apsara Sadhana, Pari Sadhana, Yakshini Sadhana, Kali Sadhana, Bhairav Sadhana and Hanuman Sadhana. He has also provided his contact numbers on his channel. He says that he provides both online and offline Diksha. His approach towards Mantra Siddhi He describes himself as a Devi Maa Sadhak. One thing I found interesting is that his Kendra also teaches people who were previously unsuccessful in achieving Mantra Siddhi from anywhere. According to him, Mantra Siddhi often doesn't happen because people don't follow the proper Niyam (नियम). For example, things such as which day/Tithi you started your Mantra Jaap, which Mala you are using, which direction you are sitting/facing while doing the Jaap, and what other rules you are following all matter. His view is that you cannot simply make your own rules. The prescribed rules have to be followed properly. So, according to him, when such practitioners come to his Kendra after failing to achieve Siddhi, they make them perform the same Mantra Jaap again while following the proper Niyam. Shabar Vidya Another claim of his is that they also provide Shabar Vidya Mantra Diksha. According to him, Shabar Vidya does not have many complicated technical rules. There is also going to be a Shibir (शिविर) in September. His view is that Shabar Vidya is primarily there for helping others and Jan-Kalyan (जन-कल्याण). He claims that many day-to-day problems can be addressed through Shabar Mantras, ranging from relationship issues to business-related problems and other situations. He also says that these mantras are not Keelit (कीलित), are relatively easy to learn, and work very quickly. He has given several examples of Shabar Mantras for different purposes. A. Health He gives the following mantra: «"Om Namo Ketki Jwalamukhi Kali, Do Var-Roga Peeda Door Kar, Saat Samudra Paar Kar, Aadesh Kamroo Desh Kamakhya Mai, Haadi Dasi Chandi Ki Duhai.”» According to him, this should be recited 7 times, followed by Phook (फूँक) towards the person, and it can help relieve their pain. He specifically says that this mantra should have been received from a Guru. B. Financial gains The mantra he gives for financial gains is: «"Om Shri Shukle Maha Shukle Kamaladal Nivase Shri Mahalakshmyai Namo Namah. Lakshmi Mai Sabki Savai, Aao Cheto Karo Bhalai, Na Karo To Saat Samudra Ki Duhai, Riddhi Siddhi Na Devo To Nau Nath Chaurasi Siddhon Ki Duhai.”» According to his instructions, this should be chanted 11 or 21 times daily, facing east (Purva Mukh). He says that one can either wear red clothes or light a Ghee Diya while doing the Jaap. According to him, gradually Maa Mahalakshmi's Krupa will come into the person's life and bring financial stability. C. Relationship and family disputes For relationship problems, family disputes and misunderstandings, he gives the following mantra: «कामाख्ये वरदे देवि नीलपर्वतवासिनि । According to him, chanting this 11 times can help repair relationship problems, family disputes, misunderstandings or conflicts with a partner. D. Job For job-related purposes, he gives this mantra: «ॐ नमो नगन चिटी महावीर, हूं पुरो तोरी आश तूं पुरो मोरी आश» According to his instructions, the practice should be started on Tuesday (Mangalvar). He says to take Aata, Chini and Nariyal ka Bhura, and between sunrise and sunset—before the sun sets—leave a handful of it underneath the roots of a Peepal tree and chant the mantra 21 times. I am mentioning all these practices as what he teaches/claims, not as something I have personally verified. Apsara Sadhana He also teaches Apsara Sadhana. However, he gives a disclaimer before teaching it. According to him, before starting Apsara Sadhana, a person should first perform the Sadhana of their Guru, Kuldevi, Gram Devi/Devta and Pitra. Only after that should they start Apsara Sadhana. He also says that if you are married, you should establish the Apsara as a friend (dost ke roop mein). He says that the practitioner should have control over themselves and should follow Brahmacharya. He also says that a person can establish an Apsara as a kind of mentor or guide, through which they can receive guidance and help in different areas of life. He claims that he has taught this Sadhana to several of his students. He has also mentioned some experiences that people may have while performing the Sadhana, such as experiencing a very pleasant smell suddenly, feeling cold despite the surrounding temperature being hot, and other unusual sensations. Another thing he emphasises is that learning how to Visarjit (विसर्जित) the entity is also important. Some rare/lesser-known Vidyas he talks about From whatever I have watched, I feel that he has knowledge about some practices that I had never heard about before. He has talked about a Vidya called Baiga Vidya. The Baiga are a tribal community found in Chhattisgarh and surrounding areas. According to his explanation, they use natural things found in the forest, such as water and various Vanaspati, sand for different purposes. He describes this as a very powerful Vidya that is passed down from Guru to Shishya. According to him, the community does not teach this knowledge to just anyone, and money is not their motivation. Since they live in the forest. He says that he stayed with them and served them for a long time, and only after that did they teach him this Vidya. He also claims that this Vidya can be used to heal people. According to him, his intention is to spread awareness about this knowledge so that it does not become completely extinct. Chhattisgarh's Vaan Vidya Another thing I heard from him for the first time was something he called Vaan Vidya from Chhattisgarh. According to his explanation, a Baan (arrow) is made from bamboo and then Abhimantrit through a particular process. For testing, the Baan is supposedly used on a tree. According to his claim, if a healthy green tree eventually dries up, it means the practitioner has successfully performed the process. He then claims that if the same Baan is used on a Putla (effigy) representing a particular person, the person represented by that Putla can also supposedly be killed/harmed. These were completely new things for me. I had never heard about these practices before. What do you think? Again, I am not saying that Nikhil Maharaj is genuine or fake. I am simply documenting what I have come across while watching his content, including some of the teachings and claims he talks about. I would especially like to hear from people who have taken Diksha from him, attended his Shibir or visited his Kendra, personally interacted with him, learned any Sadhana from him, been his student, or otherwise have first-hand experience with his teachings. Please share your experience. Even if you have never interacted with him personally, if you have knowledge about Shabar Vidya, Baiga Vidya, Vaan Vidya, Apsara Sadhana, or any of the other practices mentioned here, I would also be interested in hearing your opinion. Positive or negative experiences are both welcome. Please share first-hand experiences wherever possible, since the whole purpose of this series is to help people who are searching for online Tantra gurus make a more informed decision.
