Nutrition Educators (HigherEd) - Teaching 2025-2030 Dietary Guidelines

Teaching the 2025–2030 Dietary Guidelines for Americans: Educator Perspectives. As co-editors for The Educator’s Resource, a publication of the Nutrition Educators of Health Professionals (NEHP) Dietetic Practice Group, Jen Waters, PhD, RDN, LDN and I are looking for quotes from teachers of nutrition. We are gathering input from nutrition educators in higher education about how you are incorporating the 2025–2030 Dietary Guidelines for Americans into your courses. Our goal is to learn what instructors are changing, what challenges they are encountering, what students are asking, and what resources would make this transition easier. We will be using these insights to develop an article that shares practical examples and ideas with other nutrition educators.
