I'm looking for someone who works in and/or has extensive knowledge in how foods impact ADHD/AuDHD!!
I am looking to do an episode (or 2) for my upcoming podcast that focuses on how different foods can affect those with ADHD and AuDHD, as well as exploring the relationships we have with food.
I myself am a binge eater. I get my dopamine from chocolate and other things that are high in sugar. I didn't realise there was any correlation between the 2 until I started my post diagnosis research. I've tried dieting and struggled to stick with it, and find that my mood can take a huge hit when I swear myself off of the foods I seem to use to help me regulate.
I have also come to realise that others can have a relationship that is the complete opposite to what mine is... and I'd really like to explore this in more depth.
