NYC Metro Data Center Water Experts - Ethics in Water Governance

Dear Community, I'm looking for experts (preferably in the NYC metro area) working in the intersection of data centers and water use to potentially participate in panel titled: Ethics in Water Governance. As part of the Carnegie Ethics Fellowship, my team and I are exploring a timely ethical question: how societies should balance private economic interests against the public's right to safe, affordable, and sustainable water access? The panel will discus ways in which communities can meaningfully participate in water governance decisions, what obligations companies bear before and after entering a watershed, and what governments must do to uphold water as both a human right and an economic input.
