NYC Tenants Without AC for City & State Housing Legislation Story

Looking for people without AC Hi! I'm a journalist working on a story for City & State about proposed legislation that would require landlords to provide air conditioning to their tenants. It's on hold right now but city council is working on another draft of the bill.
