Palos Verdes Homeowners & Architects - Art Jury Approval Experiences

Has anyone here dealt with the Palos Verdes Art Jury? Hi! I’m working on a story for a local publication and trying to talk to people who have actually gone through the process, homeowners, architects, contractors, real estate agents, anyone with firsthand experience. I’m especially looking for people who are willing to talk on the record, but I’m open to hearing the good, bad, weird, frustrating, or surprisingly smooth experiences too.
