Parents of Children With High or Low Screen Time - Brain Science

I'm writing a piece for The Times on the science of screen time in children, and I'd love to hear from you. The piece looks at what's really happening in the brain when children are on screens, and why switching them off can feel so hard. Rather than another 'screens are bad' story, I want to take a genuinely nuanced look at the evidence: the real benefits of screen time alongside the challenges, and what the science can tell us about managing it better at home. I'm particularly looking for two kinds of family: one where the children have very little or no screen time, and one where screen use is high — whether that's broadly working, or a source of real conflict at home. If you're willing to have a conversation and potentially be quoted, please drop me a message or comment below.
