People Falsely Accused - Experiences With Justice System

Looking to hear from people who have experienced a false accusation Hi everyone, I hope it’s okay for me to post this here. I’m a high school student in Seoul and have made a student-led project examining fairness and safeguards within the criminal justice system. I’m currently hoping to speak with people who have personally experienced being falsely accused of a crime and who might be comfortable sharing their experience in a private interview. The conversation would be around 20–30 minutes, over Zoom, Google Meet, or another format you are comfortable with. There is absolutely no expectation that you share anything you do not want to discuss. I also want to be especially clear about privacy. I would not publish your name, identifying information, recording, quotations, or details of your case without your explicit permission. If you would prefer to remain completely anonymous in anything I produce, I will respect that. I’m also happy to speak without recording the conversation at all. My goal is simply to better understand what being accused can actually look like from the perspective of the person experiencing it, including interactions with police, lawyers, family, work, reputation, and the longer term effects even when an accusation does not result in a conviction.
