Honouring Lee Croden — The BC Loan Arranger
Some people give you a shot.
Others give you belief when you actually need it.
Lee did both for me.
At a time when my past affiliations could’ve easily been a reason to pass, he chose not to. He looked at how I treat people, how I work, and what I could build — and gave me an opportunity anyway.
That kind of trust doesn’t get forgotten.
So in honour of Lee, I’m making sure his legacy doesn’t either.

This site will no longer be an auto sales platform.
I’m removing all inventory, financing, and sales content…
and turning it into a living memorial.
A place where his story lives on.
A place where the impact he had on people keeps growing.
If you knew Lee — worked with him, laughed with him, got help from him — I want to hear from you.

Send stories, memories, anything worth preserving.
I’ll continue updating the site so it becomes a true reflection of who he was.
In mid-February, Lee went to the hospital after experiencing severe jaundice.
After a week of testing, he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
Doctors found a blockage and did procedures to bring him comfort, but things declined quickly. He was later on dialysis, unconscious, still fighting.
On Friday, March 6, Lee passed away.
He leaves behind his wife, two daughters, and two grandchildren who loved him deeply.
He also spent the last four years as a Specialty Finance Manager with West Coast Kia and West Coast Auto Group — helping people in tough situations get back on their feet.
If you’re able to support his family with funeral arrangements, anything helps.
If not, sharing this post goes a long way.
Let’s not let his story end here.
Let’s build something that keeps it alive.
Cheers,
Solar Dyl,
