Puget Sound Foraging Instructors & Chefs - Mushrooms & Cooking Tips

💡 Story quest - Hey folks, I'm working on a story about foraging - essentially an intro for folks here in the Puget Sound area. I'm looking to interview folks who teach/lead classes/walks, a chef working with foraged foods, willing to offer a few pro cooking and handling tips, etc. The piece will focus mainly on mushrooms with some side mentions of other foraged foods.
