Quincy Public Records Requesters - City Hall Stonewalling

Has Quincy City Hall ignored your public records request? I'm writing an editorial and want to hear your story. I filed a public records request with the City of Quincy related to the ballot petition matter regarding raises. Massachusetts law gives them 10 business days to respond. They never did. Almost 9 months passed with no meaningful communication. I've since filed an appeal with the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records and sent formal demand letters to the Mayor and City Council. I'm writing an editorial asking a simple question: is Quincy City Hall hiding something, or do they just not respect the law?
