Real Estate Investors With Personal Investments - Podcast Guest

I am looking to book more guest directly for my podcast, Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing. I am almost at episode 350, but the podcast guest bookers are becoming so unreliable that I would rather find new guests here on LinkedIn. It's 50% bad bookers and 50% bad guests who hire booking companies and then never respond to them. I would like to cut them out. *I am only interviewing real estate investors with a history of personal investments. If you are investor-adjacent but have never invested, you aren't the right fit for my show. **If you are not reading this yourself, meaning you have someone running your LinkedIn for you, pretending to be you, this is not for you. I am not looking to talk to a shadow version of you to book you. I recently did a similar post and recorded great shows coming out soon with Julie Thomas and Nico Molino.
