Ride Share Drivers - Psychiatric Patients Transported & Abandoned

Homeless and mentally ill abandoned in the streets by hospitals I am an independent writer working on a story about the increase in homeless populations in certain parts of our state. I have heard reports of multiple mental health facilities buying Uber rides to other towns for their discharged patients where they are left with no idea of what to do or where to go.
