Sales Reps Using SeamlessAI & ZoomInfo - Real-World Comparisons

Seamless.AI vs ZoomInfo: a detailed, honest comparison. What's better, and at what? I publish tool reviews and comparisons on marketintelligencetools.com, and I just finished a long head-to-head on SeamlessAI and ZoomInfo, which is a conflict when I'm the one asking people to weigh in on it. I want real experience on both sides here, not marketing pages, since both vendors' own comparison pages disagree with each other on basic facts. Scope is the first difference between them. SeamlessAI is a real-time contact search engine built around one job: pull a verified email and phone number the moment a rep needs one. ZoomInfo calls itself an AI go-to-market platform, with contact data as one layer inside intent scoring, conversation intelligence and workflow automation. For anyone who's run both, did that scope difference match how your team used them, or did one end up doing the other's job anyway? Free plans split the same way. SeamlessAI gives one user 50 credits with no credit card; ZoomInfo Lite grants 10 reveal credits at signup, with a 365-day re-export window on records already pulled. Neither runs a real sales process at that volume, but fifty one-time credits and ten are different bets on how fast a team decides to pay. Paid pricing is unpublished on both sides. ZoomInfo's median contract on Vendr is $33,500 a year across 1,012 tracked deals, and SeamlessAI carries no Vendr listing at all to check a quote against. https://preview.redd.it/l4xqmswuhwnh1.png?width=1200&format=png&auto=webp&s=d9b14bd8c068d445b9b1bd604f19be51b6148817 Data accuracy gets messy on both vendors' own domains. SeamlessAI claims "90% accurate" backed by a 10-step real-time verification check; ZoomInfo claims "up to 95%" from a pipeline of automated collection, partner data and more than 300 human researchers. Neither publishes a bounce rate. Database size tells the same story. SeamlessAI's product pages cite 1.3 billion contacts while its own homepage claims 1.8 billion verified emails and "2B+ leads researched." ZoomInfo does the same across three of its own pages: 500 million contacts on its data page, 420 million on its sales page, 300 million on its Copilot page, all live at once. If you've bought either, which figure did sales quote you, and did it match anything published? Both companies also run a comparison page naming the other directly, and reading them side by side turns up factual misses that should be easy to check. ZoomInfo's page, last updated 22 May 2026, describes SeamlessAI's free tier as "1,000 credits/year"; SeamlessAI's own pricing page says 50. ZoomInfo's page also cites a stale 4.2-out-of-5 G2 score for SeamlessAI; G2's own listing shows 4.4 across 5,356 reviews. Has anyone caught a vendor's own comparison page getting a competitor's numbers wrong like that, on any tool? https://preview.redd.it/7snantwuhwnh1.png?width=1200&format=png&auto=webp&s=04f5d3124d8c73fcf25e1c8f50986458555e2db4 Feature by feature, the split holds up. ZoomInfo's intent data, Guided Intent, ships built into the platform and tracks 210 million IP-to-company pairings; SeamlessAI's intent layer runs through a Bombora add-on that costs extra. SeamlessAI's job-change tracking ships free on every plan, with no named ZoomInfo equivalent. ZoomInfo runs Chorus for conversation intelligence, something SeamlessAI has no answer for. On CRM integration, ZoomInfo claims 120+ native, bidirectional connectors; SeamlessAI's own integrations page lists "120+" too, but tags most of them "Powered by Zapier," with only two true native integrations, HubSpot's Breeze Agent and n8n. If native, bidirectional CRM sync matters to your workflow, did a Zapier-routed integration ever cause a real problem, or is that a difference without a practical impact? https://preview.redd.it/fyn1ntwuhwnh1.png?width=1200&format=png&auto=webp&s=4223657dd62cf46eb126f6b2cca44377838657d3 ZoomInfo carries a documented legal history SeamlessAI doesn't: a $29,557,612.50 privacy class action settlement, Ramos v. ZoomInfo Technologies, over using people's names and job details to market subscriptions without consent, approved November 2024. ZoomInfo also trades publicly on Nasdaq under the ticker GTM; SeamlessAI is private and founder-led, with no legal history or funding disclosure turning up anywhere. G2 rates them close together: 4.4 for SeamlessAI across 5,356 reviews against 4.5 for ZoomInfo across 9,384. So, a few things I'd like to hear from people who've run either or both: where has SeamlessAI won out for your team, and where did ZoomInfo's extra layers (intent, conversation intelligence, native CRM sync) turn out to be worth the five-figure jump? Did you ever run both at once, for different reps or different use cases? And for anyone who switched from one to the other, what broke the tie? No ads. I'm just getting started testing a few affiliate links, low-key enough that they don't change what you see or how a page reads. No money from them yet, though that could change. I do the research because I find it interesting, it's good practice for my day job, found out that I like building sites from scratch in static HTML, and figured this sub's audience would get something out of it too.
