Can gamification actually work for health education in schools?
I’ve seen gamification work incredibly well in language learning (think Duolingo) and maths, but I’m curious about its role in health education.
Can things like streaks, rewards, challenges, and progression systems meaningfully improve how students engage with nutrition and healthy habits?
Or does it risk trivialising an important subject?
I’m researching this area and would love to hear from educators, founders, or anyone working in school wellbeing. I still see so many schools overlooking nutrition education, and I want this to change.
